Our clients are adventurers. For the most part, they are entrepreneurs who live their lives in fast-paced, competitive environments. It’s my privilege to come alongside them and serve them. I do this by listening, asking questions, by providing a structured approach to visualizing the life they want to live, and by working with them to develop a customized step-by-step process that will help them lead their business with intention. I call this journey the LifePoint Process.
As well as a BS in Business Management, I have over 20 years experience in Leadership and Organizational development. I started my first business shortly after graduating from college. I have worked as a sales person, computer programmer, database administrator, and director over 50+ leaders. My diverse background, from government agencies, to non-profits to small businesses, gives me the experience to understand and work with most entrepreneurs in most industries. My varied experience gives her the skill to tackle the diverse businesses LifePoint Strategies currently serves. My strategies enable you to implement your professional vision and all the while, focus on living Life with a Point.
Mo Hofmann:
Mo Hofmann is a dynamic business professional with a proven track record in in Training, Facilitation, Project Implementation, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service. She has the ability to quickly evoke trust and creative collaboration among individuals and teams and has the ability to assess situations and come up with realistic solutions. Her expertise is in collaborating with clients to identify, recommend and implement solutions to maximize performance and is highly focused on helping clients thrive.
Mo has over 15 years of experience as a trainer and facilitator with expertise in the areas of time management, organization, business performance, coaching and communication. Her clients have ranged from large corporations and government agencies to non profit organizations and to small business owners.
Mo is also certified to deliver and facilitate the True Colors Personality assessment as well the Denison Organizational Culture Model.
Payment Policies:
1) Services include: Strategic business planning and consulting individually, in Growth Groups or Adventures.

3) Return Policy: No returns – payment is final
4) Refund Policy: No refunds – payment is final
5) Cancellation Policy: We establish the monthly schedule at the beginning of the month and will charge the credit card accordingly. If there is a need to reschedule any of the monthly meetings, we will do everything we can to re-schedule the meetings during the same month. There will be no refunds for canceled meetings.
